Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts Office provides a variety of services including tuition billing, refunds to students of credit balances (including Financial Aid), monthly e-billing, account status and balance inquiries, and directing students to proper departments to resolve billing disputes.
This office is also responsible for third-party billing of tuition and/or books for students who are sponsored by outside agencies.

Collections Office (Past Due Accounts & Perkins Repayment)
This office is responsible for the management of accounts that are in a past due status.
The Collections office also oversees the repayment of Federal Perkins Loans originated at Arizona State University, which is handled in conjunction with Electronic Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI), the lending service that assists ASU in processing Perkins loan payments.
