Fall 2009 Final Exam Week: December 10 - 16, 2009
Except to resolve those situations described below, no changes may be made in this schedule without prior approval of the Dean of the college in which the course is offered. Any finals for classes held at a time not listed below (non-standard) will be scheduled by Classroom Scheduling and a notice will be sent through the academic department that is offering the class. Students will receive this notice from their instructor(s).
Under this schedule, if a conflict occurs, or a student has more than three exams on one day, the instructors may be consulted about an individual schedule adjustment. If necessary, the matter may be pursed further with the appropriate dean(s). This procedure applies to conflicts among any combination of Downtown Phoenix campus, Tempe campus, Polytechnic campus, West campus, and/or off campus class.
Final exams for one day per week classes that start on or after 4:40pm or on Saturdays will be held for 1 hour and 50 minutes beginning at their regular scheduled time on the day the class is normally held. For example: 4:40 Monday classes will have their exam starting at 4:40 on Monday; 7:05 Wednesday classes will have their exam starting at 7:05 on Wednesday.
