Let us see you shine
The ASU Students Shine contest highlights the achievement and success of ASU students who excel in any one of ASU's six values:
Career, Culture, Engagement, Service, Spirit/Affinity and Wellness
So let us see you shine. Show us how you represent any one of ASU’s six values and you could win up to $1,750 and be featured in your own ASU Students Shine video.
Prizes
Prizes of $750 will be awarded to one student in each of the six categories.
From those six, three students will be selected to receive an additional $1,000, for a total of $1,750. The top three winners will also be featured in their own ASU Students Shine video to be filmed and shared on the ASU Student Life website and social media accounts.
The winners will be contacted in early March 2018.
Who Can Enter
The ASU Students Shine contest is open to all students currently enrolled at ASU as of Jan. 31, 2018. Past winners are only eligible to enter in a category they have not won in previous years.
How to Enter
To apply, students must submit a resume and a one- to two-minute video (no larger than 2MB) on how they demonstrate one of the six values. The video should be uploaded to Vimeo, YouTube or Dropbox, and both the video and resume should be submitted through the form below.
Students are eligible to enter more than one category, but will not be able to win in more than one category. If entering in more than one category, the student will need to create a separate video and a separate entry for each category entered.
The submission period is open until Jan. 31, 2018.
