ASU celebrates a strong tradition of preparing undergraduate students for admission to top-ranked law schools around the country, including our own Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, ranked one of the top law schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. Our pre-law advising services are exceptional and support any undergraduate student interested in law school and a rewarding career in law.
ASU’s Pre-law program also offers exclusive workshops and events, and a curriculum where you can pursue your legal interests by visiting court, speaking with lawyers or gaining experience in a law office.
Project Excellence is a partnership between Barrett, The Honors College and ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law that exposes students to law courses and faculty members. Students choose from several second-year law courses, which are comprised mainly of law students and other Barrett students.
Do you want to understand enough law to use it in your career without actually becoming a lawyer? If so, the pre-law program can guide you as you consider if the Master of Legal Studies is right for you after you earn your bachelor’s degree.
You can go to law school no matter which of ASU’s 300+ bachelor’s programs you choose to major in.
