Participants needed for metabolism studies

Healthy volunteers are needed for ASU-Mayo Clinic research studies examining the roles of nutrition and exercise in regulating the metabolism of proteins in muscles.

 

Participants should be men and women between the ages of 18–40, who are non-smoking and are either lean or overweight.

 

Research procedures involve sampling of blood and/or muscle.

 

Compensation is provided. Participants will also receive blood work, dietary analysis, and a cardiovascular fitness test.
