There could be many reasons, however first check to ensure that all the documents that were requested in both Verification Documents Request and through the Task List in My ASU have been received. Your file will not be reviewed until all documents are received. Check to ensure that you have hit the submit button in Verification Documents Request. Also, check to ensure that a document has not been returned to you to make an update.
