Graduate Students
Although graduate students do not qualify for grants from the state or federal government (except the Federal TEACH Grant [5]), there are other options to help fund your ASU education. Some private donors offer scholarships to graduate students and you can find those in our Scholarship Search [9]. Federal student loans [7] as well as private education loans [8] are also available. Follow the steps to apply for aid [10] to begin the process of acquiring federal student loans. You may also want to contact the Graduate College [11] to find additional scholarships/assistantships that you can apply for and for further assistance.
International Students
Although international students do not qualify for federal and state financial aid (unless you are an eligible noncitizen [12]), there are other options to help fund your ASU education. Some private donors offer scholarships to international students and you can find those in our Scholarship Search [9] or our financial aid resources for students regardless of immigration status [13].
You may also want to contact your academic department or college [14] to see if they have any scholarships/assistantships that you can apply for. For further assistance, please feel free to contact the Scholarship Office [15].
