Late Registration: University College

To process a registration transaction after the posted deadline, you are required to obtain authorization.  Prior to the posted deadlines, no approvals are needed. Students who wish to request a late registration transaction must follow the instructions listed below. Requests are reviewed on an individual basis; there is no guarantee that a late request will be approved as you are requesting an exception to university policy.

Late registration procedure

Late registration or course adds require the student to complete the following steps in the order in which they are listed:

  1. Obtain and complete an Enrollment Request Form from University Registrar Services or forms website
  2. Obtain instructor approval and signature.
  3. Obtain authorization/signature from the college (USE 139).
  4. Submit the approved form to University Registrar Services (SSV 144).
