International Student Orientation

Incoming international students at Arizona State University are required to attend an International Student Orientation program. You will join students from around the globe to learn important information about the university and how to prepare for a successful academic year.

Program Information for Fall 2015

The fall 2015 International Student Orientation program will be held at the Tempe Campus on Aug. 13, 2015 (graduate students) or Aug. 14, 2015 (freshmen and transfer). Because attendance is required, you do not need to register to attend the program. Please bring your ASU Student Identification Card to check in to the program. If you are unable to bring an ASU Student Identification Card, you will need to provide your ASU Student ID Number as well as another form of photo identification.

Students will check-in for the program at the ASU's Gammage Auditorium, located at the Tempe campus. More details about the time and program schedule will be posted soon. 

New international freshmen students are also strongly encouraged to attend a New Student Orientation program to meet with an academic advisor and register for classes prior to attending the International Orientation program. International transfer students should follow instructions posted on My ASU. 

Transportation from Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic and West Campuses

Transportation to the program will be available for students living at the Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic and West campuses. Please submit the Orientation Transportation Form is you need transportation from your campus to the International Orientation.
