International Student Orientation

Incoming international students at Arizona State University are required to attend an International Student Orientation program. You will join students from around the globe to learn important information about the university and how to prepare for a successful academic year.

Program information for spring 2017

The spring 2017 International Student Orientation program will be held at the Tempe Campus. Because attendance is required, you do not need to register to attend the program. Please bring your ASU Student Identification Card to check in to the program. If you are unable to bring an ASU Student Identification Card, you will need to provide your ASU Student ID Number as well as another form of photo identification.

International Graduate Student Orientation, check-in begins at 2:30 p.m. at the Memorial Union, 2nd floor

Thursday, Jan. 5 
International Undergraduate Student Orientation, check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Memorial Union, 2nd floor

New international freshmen students are also strongly encouraged to attend a New Student Orientation program to meet with an academic advisor and register for classes prior to attending the International Orientation program. International transfer students should follow instructions posted on My ASU

Transportation from Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic and West Campuses

Transportation to the program will be available for students living at the Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic and West campuses. More details will be provided as we get closer to the orientation date.
