Course registration

Students will be notified by Kim Smart when the course lists are available. Course registration is via MyASU. On-campus students with questions or concerns should contact Kim at or +1-602-978-7920.
  • Online Master of Global Management students register themselves for courses via MyASU following the recommended track plans. Online students with questions or concerns should contact Josh Allen at, +1-602-978-7313 or Nicole Brown at,+1-602-978-7007.
  • Executive Master of Global Management students will be registered for courses by a program advisor.

MMR Immunization All new on-campus students need to submit documentation of measles, mumps and rubeola immunization or immunity. You must submit this form before you can register for classes.

Tuition billing Tuition charges will be billed to your student account and may be viewed online through My ASU. By registering for classes, you agree to pay all applicable tuition and registration fees. If you decide not to attend, you must completely withdraw from all classes. If tuition is not paid by the applicable due date, you will be automatically enrolled in the tuition installment plan and charged a nonrefundable enrollment fee. Visit the Tuition and Billing website for more information.

Photo ID New students can secure an official ASU photo ID upon arrival. You will have two choices for photo IDs, including one with free checking and banking. Both offer access to campus buildings and libraries.

Financial Support Explore graduate student funding sources and general financial aid opportunities. International students can also explore financial aid options.

University Resources

Learn about Thunderbird campus resources, housing, student organizations on the Thunderbird Admitted student page (for on-campus students).

Discover student services and student support available through Arizona State University. To access services available at Arizona State University’s four other Valley locations, Thunderbird students can request free, on-demand shuttle service to the ASU West campus (just two miles from Thunderbird), from there you can take  a free intercampus shuttle to any ASU campus.

If you need to get across town, check out Valley Metro light rail and buses and look into a U-Pass. Or consider renting a Zipcar.

Making Changes

Deferring or cancelling your graduate admission If you have decided not to attend, or would like to request a change for the semester you begin your program, you should cancel your admission or request a deferral.

If you are admitted to two or more degree programs Submit the graduate degree selection form. It will allow you to indicate your intentions to Graduate Admission Services and allow you to continue to register in your chosen program.
