Steps for Enrollment
ASURITE UserID Activation
Have you activated your ASURITE UserID? This gives you access to My ASU and general online transactions. During activation, be sure to set up your asu.edu email address information.
Students from other countries (F-1 status) should read and complete next steps for securing a visa.

Monitor My ASU
Visit My ASU, where you can take care of Priority Tasks, see when registration opens, view academic department and advising information, take care of finances and more.
Course Selection and Registration
Contact your academic department about steps to take to select and register for courses. You can view your academic unit contact information in the "My Programs and Degree Progress" box on My ASU. Note that you may have holds on your enrollment that you need to complete before you may register for classes.
Spring 2018 admits: Class registration typically becomes available mid-October. Take some time now to review and complete any outstanding holds you may have under Priority Tasks in My ASU so you can be ready for registration.
Fall 2018 admits: Class registration typically becomes available mid-spring.
All new students need to submit documentation of measles, mumps and rubeola immunization or immunity. You must submit this form before you can register for classes.
Tuition charges will be billed to your student account and may be viewed online through My ASU. By registering for classes, you agree to pay all applicable tuition and registration fees. If you decide not to attend, you must completely withdraw from all classes. If tuition is not paid by the applicable due date, you will be automatically enrolled in the tuition installment plan and charged a nonrefundable enrollment fee. ASU Photo ID
New students can secure an official ASU photo ID upon arrival. ASU has two choices for photo IDs, including one with free checking and banking. Both offer access to campus buildings and libraries.
Take advantage of the resources and information available to you to help you succeed in your graduate studies through the Graduate College.
Secure the books you need for your courses at Sun Devil Campus Stores. ASU also partners with technology companies that offer education rates.
ASU's library system includes libraries at each of ASU's four campuses as well as extensive online resources.
ASU offers computing centers at each campus with access to different software products and printing services. The university also is a wireless campus.
ASU offers extensive career development and employer networking services through Career Services, which has offices at all campuses. Many colleges also offer career resources as well.
Child and Family Resources
We offer support services for families, such as child-care referrals, and special family workshops and events.
Parking and Transit
In addition to parking services, ASU offers discounted public transit cards, bike services and Zipcar memberships. ASU also provides a free shuttle service between ASU's four campuses.
Each ASU campus has a vibrant, contemporary recreation center. Find out about exercise equipment, group fitness programs, and other ways to get fit and connected with the university community.
Deferring or cancelling your graduate admission If you have decided not to attend ASU, or would like to change the semester you begin your program, you should cancel your admission or request a deferral.
If you are admitted to two or more degree programs, submit the graduate degree selection form. It will allow you to indicate your intentions to Graduate Admission Services and allow you to continue to register in your chosen program.
