Use this form to appeal your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status if you are not meeting cumulative GPA standard, pace rate standard and/or maximum credit hour standard due to extenuating circumstances. Submission of a SAP Review form is not a guarantee of an approval and/or reinstatement of financial aid eligibility.
