Mid Semester Transfer

Purpose:This form is required because you received federal student aid at another college or university in the same academic year in which you have applied for ASU federal student aid. To award and disburse aid correctly, we need you to clarify where you would like to receive your next aid disbursement.

Financial Aid and Scholarship Services will request this form only if it is needed to complete your financial aid file. This item holds the disbursement of financial aid if it is listed on your task list on My ASU.

You can view your document status on your My ASU Finances page. Please allow 2-3 business days to show receipt in your My ASU Financing Tasks.

Important

For Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans there are allowable annual limits within an academic year. The loan period, payment period, and disbursements at your prior institution may not always correspond to the loan period, payment period, and disbursements at Arizona State University. This may limit the amount of Federal Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Loans that you are eligible to receive.

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions provided on the eForm.
  2. Submit the eForm to Financial Aid and Scholarship Services.

  • Choose a location on your computer to save the form.
  • Navigate to the location of the saved form on your computer and double-click it to open.
  • To view and complete a parent form, make sure the parent is logged into My ASU as a guest.
