Your financial aid enrollment history is under review. The Department of Education has notified ASU that your enrollment history needs to be reviewed due to enrollment activity while receiving federal Pell grant funds within the last three years.
Financial Aid and Scholarship Services will request this documentation only if it is needed to complete your financial aid file. This item holds the awarding and disbursement of financial aid if it is listed on your task list on My ASU.
You can view your document status on your My ASU Finances page. Please allow 2-3 business days to show receipt in your My ASU Financing Tasks.
Financial Aid and Scholarship Services was unable to determine if you received academic credit at one or more institutions while receiving a federal Pell grant within the last three academic years. The Department of Education requires that the Financial Aid and Scholarship Services review copies of all unofficial transcripts from colleges and universities that you attended within the last three academic years.
You must submit unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities that you attended within the last three years. ASU will review your academic transcripts to determine, over the last three academic years, whether you earned academic credit during the time frame that you received a federal Pell grant. If it is determined that you earned academic credit during the time frame that you received a federal Pell grant, no further action is necessary. If it is determined that you did not earn academic credit during the time frame that you received a federal Pell grant, you will not be eligible for any federal financial aid. This policy is not applicable to scholarships or employee tuition benefits.Your Financial Aid Unofficial Transcript requirement does not determine your eligibility to register for classes.
If you are determined ineligible for any federal financial aid, a new task will be posted on your MyASU and you may submit an Enrollment History Review to be evaluated for reinstatement of eligibility for federal aid.
