Supplemental Instruction is an internationally recognized program that provides academic support to students in structured peer-led groups. SI is designed to increase “time on task” and to help students process course content by integrating how-to-learn with what-to-learn. SI leaders are students who have previously taken the course and mastered the content. They serve as peer facilitators for SI study sessions. SI sessions are offered for a select group of courses.
