Welcome Leader/Coordinator Program FAQs

Q: Who can be a Welcome Leader?

A: Incoming Freshman student who will live on ASU's Tempe Campus

Q: Who can be a Welcome Coordinator?

A: Returning ASU student who will be living on or off ASU's Tempe Campus

Q: What's the difference between a Welcome Leader/Coordinator?

A: Welcome Leaders and Coordinators are both responsible for helping students move into their dorms. Welcome Coordinators are the team leaders.

Q: Can I live on another campus?

A: No, Welcome Leaders and Coordinators are only on ASU's Tempe Campus.

Student Welcome Program 2009

Are you looking to get involved at ASU, learn valuable leadership skills, and move into your new residential community early? If yes, then you may have what it takes to be part of the Arizona State University elite Student Welcome Program!

Arizona State University's departments of Residential Life and Transition and Parent Programs are looking for friendly, energetic, personable, incoming first-year and returning students who are eager to get involved with an amazing leadership opportunity!

Fall Welcome Extra Activities & Events

"A" Mountain

Hike up the "A" Mountain trails to see the 60 foot letter "A" at the top. Also, this activity is an excellent way to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

Arizona Museum for Youth

Developed specifically for kids from birth through 12 years of age. World-class art hangs at children's eye level and is interspersed with hands-on craft, activity, and play areas. 480.644.2467
