For ASU Hourly and All FWS Positions

  • Once you are hired for an on-campus position, the employer will request a Student Hiring Request Form for you.
  • For on-campus positions get familiar with the responsibilities of a student employee.
  • If you have not worked for ASU during the last 12 months, you need to sign employment/tax forms and verify that you are eligible to work in this country by submitting a passport, birth certificate or Social Security card. You must submit these forms to the Human Resources department located on your campus within 72 hours of being hired.
  • If you are hired for an off-campus FWS position, you need to come to the Student Employment Office at the Tempe campus with a Hiring Authorization
