E-mail Corespondence

Student Financial Assistance will use e-mail as its official means of communication with you. This will allow us to communicate to you expeditiously and allow you faster and more convenient access to your financial aid information.

We will always direct e-mail correspondence to your @asu.edu address. If you want to have e-mail redirected from your official @asu.edu address to another e-mail address (e.g., @hotmail.com, @aol.com, etc.) you must sign in and update your @asu.edu e-mail preferences.

Please be assured that we will exercise great caution when sending you information via e-mail. No confidential information will be included in the content of the e-mail message.
