I am stationed in Arizona on active duty. Can I be classified as a resident for tuition purposes?

Yes, provided your orders are effective by our petition deadline. This exception also includes those that are active reserve or Arizona National Guard. Those that are discharged prior to the deadline date do not qualify for this exception.
