Minimum GPA: Competitive
Minimum Enrollment Status: Full-time
Residency: Arizona Residents Only
Need-based: No
Grade Level(s): HS Senior Enrolling for Fall
Campus(es): Downtown, Polytechnic, Tempe, West

Additional Eligibility Criteria: 
  • All students who participated in competition for two years or more in the regional or state competition by the Spring of 2009.
Additional Information
  • Forms are available at the ASU Undergraduate Admissions office or through high school counselors, and can be mailed upon request, or are available online.
  • This application requires dated signatures from high school principal, AADA coach, and executive director of AADA.
  • Decathlon documentation deadline is April 1, 2008.
  • Current Arizona high school seniors must apply for admission to ASU by December 1, 2008 to be eligible for this award.
