An institutional merit-based scholarship awarded to recognize outstanding academic performance in high school.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Minimum GPA: Competitive
Minimum Enrollment Status: Full-time
Residency: Arizona Residents Only
Need-based: No
Grade Level(s): HS Senior Enrolling for Fall
Campus(es): Downtown, Polytechnic, Tempe, West

Additional Eligibility Criteria:
  • All 2007/2008 regional competition finalists and top scorers.
  • Current Arizona high school seniors must apply for admission to ASU by Dec. 1, 2007.
  • Admissible to ASU and full-time enrollment at ASU beginning Fall 2008.
Additional Information
  • State of AZ first-place team members are notified after results are received from Arizona Academic Decathlon.
  • Decathlon documentation deadline is March 31, 2008.
  • This award is renewable for up to three additional years, for a total four-year value of $8,000.
