Scholarship Description Glamour is pleased to invite students to apply to our 2010 Top 10 College Women Competition. This Competition recognizes the exceptional achievements and academic excellence female college juniors from across the United States and Canada. It's an ideal opportunity for talented students to be rewarded for their leadership roles on campus and in the greater community.
