The Health and Counseling Student Action Committee (HCSAC)

The Health and Counseling Student Action Committee (HCSAC) is an ASU official student organization and was created to be the student voice in health issues around campus and the community. We work in conjunction with Counseling and Consultation and the Campus Health Service to evaluate and discuss different issues to create a healthy campus environment.

The Health and Counseling Student Action Committee:

  • Advocates for quality health care and acts as a liaison between students and the Campus Health Service;
  • Advises the leadership of Campus Health on student health concerns;
  • Promotes awareness of services available through Campus Health that ensure personal and academic success.

Current Projects:
South Campus Clinic Project
Meningitis Vaccination Program
Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Health Fair
Smoking Cessation
