Sports Medicine: Resident Rotation

The Arizona State University Sports Medicine Department offers a one month resident rotation in primary care sports medicine. Residents spend time with physicians in both intercollegiate athletics and at campus health services.

The residents also have the opportunity to assist team physicians in covering a variety of athletic events, attend and participate in the fellowship lecture series and have one on one teaching sessions with faculty. Theses teaching sessions cover a variety of topics from physical exam skills to the management of concussion.
