Cancel or Change Your Orientation Reservation

If you would like to change your program date or cancel your ASU Orientation session, you must notify New Student Orientation in writing (by mail, fax or logging in online). You must notify New Student Orientation at least five (5) business days before your scheduled Orientation date. If you do not notify New Student Orientation five (5) business days before your scheduled program date, you will be responsible for all fees that you have incurred.

Each change to your program date will be assessed a $15 nonrefundable processing fee.

A $15 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks and denied credit cards.

If you wish to add a guest or substitute a guest, you must log in to submit your Orientation Change Request.

All Orientation refund requests will be processed in August 2008 upon conclusion of the ASU Orientation season. In order to receive a refund for a cancellation you must submit your request in writing (by mail, fax or online) five (5) business days before the date of the program you wish to cancel.
