ASU Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of the Charles and Christine Michaels Scholarship for the 2010 - 11 academic year. Charles and Christine are both graduates of Arizona State University. As graduates of Shadow Mountain & Arcadia High Schools, the Michaels would like to provide resources for graduates of the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Tempe School Districts to continue their education at ASU.

Amount: $2,500

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Minimum GPA: 3
Minimum Enrollment Status: Full-time
Residency: Arizona Residents Only
Need-based: Yes
Grade Level(s): HS Senior Enrolling for Fall, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior
Campus(es): Polytechnic, Tempe, West

Additional Eligibility Criteria: 
  • Be a graduate from a high school in the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Tempe School Districts.
  • Demonstrate the potential to continue with their college career by remaining in good standing with the University and maintain all scholarship criteria.
  • Be open to a mentoring relationship with the Michaels.
  • Participate in a group community service project with other Michaels’ scholars
    • Project determined in collaboration with the Michaels and their scholars.
