Scholarship Description The Robert J. Soza Community Leadership Scholarship is an institutional award established by University Student Initiatives in recognition and in honor of Robert Soza and his contributions to the students and university community.

Amount: $2,500

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Minimum GPA: 3.25
Minimum Enrollment Status: Full-time
Residency: Not Applicable
Need-based: Yes
Grade Level(s): Sophomore, Junior, Senior
Campus(es): Downtown, Polytechnic, Tempe, West

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

AZ Resident or out of state (must be US citizen)
Maintain academic eligibility - "in good standing in an ASU program"
Demonstrated current and continuous community service (beyond high school)
Demonstrated leadership roles (beyond high school)
Demonstrated commitment to future career plan that encompasses a dedication to community service and leadership

Additional Information

Recipients will be notified in April/May.
One award will be given to a student at each campus (Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, West and Tempe).
Attendance at recognition ceremony may be requested.
