Student Financial Assistance will request this documentation only if it is needed to complete your financial aid file.
Instructions:
- Please submit either:
- A copy of your signed social security card
- A letter from Social Security Administration stating your social security number and name
- Submit documentation to Student Financial Assistance at the Tempe campus.
