Student Financial Assistance will request this documentation only if it is needed to complete your financial aid file.

Instructions:
  1. Please submit a copy of the front & back of one of the following:
    • I-551 (Alien Registration Receipt Card)
    • I-551C (Conditional Permanent Resident Card)
    • I-94 (Arrival Departure Record) stamped with "Refugee," "Asylum Granted," "Parole," or "Cuban-Haitian Entrant."
  2. Students enrolling at the Tempe or Polytechnic campuses should return this documentation to:

    Students enrolling at the West campus should return this documentation to:

  • The following are NOT acceptable as proof of eligible non-citizen status:
    • Employment Authorization card
    • F1- F2 Student Visa
    • J1- J2 Exchange Visitor Visa
    • G International Organizations
    • Period of Adjustment Letter/Receipt
    • Application for permanent resident status
