Drug Conviction Resolution Required

Student Financial Assistance will request this documentation only if it is needed to complete your financial aid file.

Instructions:
  1. You left the drug conviction question on your FAFSA blank or you indicated that you have a drug-related conviction (not including alcohol or tobacco). Financial aid processing cannot continue without resolution of this status.
  2. Use the appropriate year's U.S. Department of Education online form on the FAFSA website at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
