Sun Devil CareerLink is a great system to use to recruit highly-qualified college students for internship opportunities, part-time jobs and full-time jobs. Students and alumni use this tool to post resumes, apply for jobs and schedule interviews.

There is no fee to post jobs and internships for ASU students and alumni, search resumes and schedule interviews on campus.
2. What are the benefits to me?
- Visibility - With more than 46,000 registrants in the Sun Devil CareerLink system, your job postings will gain wide exposure.
- Stability - Sun Devil CareerLink is part of NACElink Network, a high-powered collaboration among the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Symplicity and the the Direct Employers Association.
- Convenience - Sun Devil CareerLink is easy to use. Simply log in and search resumes, post job or internship opportunities, or sign up to participate in on-campus recruitment events.
3. How do I post a job or internship?
Click the Post a Job and/or Internship tab on the homepage of your Sun Devil CareerLink account. Complete the job form, and then hit Submit. This will send the job posting to Career Services for review. It generally takes one business day for your posting to go live, and you will receive an e-mail once the listing is approved. There is no charge to post a job to Sun Devil CareerLink.
4. I forgot my password. Now what?
Enter your e-mail address and click the Forgot Password button to retrieve your password. Don't log in as a new user if your organization has already registered with Sun Devil CareerLink.
5. How can I recruit students from other universities as well as ASU?
There is a nominal fee to post to institutions other than ASU. Click the tab that says Multischool Postings (paid) on the Job Postings page, then complete the form.
6. How do I search resumes of ASU candidates?
Select the Search ASU Resumes tab at the top of the page. Choose the name of the appropriate Resume Book on the left side of the page and use the Advanced Resume Search to find resumes of candidates who meet your qualifications. Click the Resume icon to the right of each selection to view the resume in PDF format.
7. How do I narrow my results? My search resulted in too many resumes.
Use your browser's back arrow and select additional criteria to make your search more focused.
8. Why didn't my search generate any resumes?
Try a broader search by using only one or two fields, then narrow the search by adding more criteria. The Resume Text Search (from the Advanced Resume Search tab) is useful in locating candidates with specific skills or experience.
9. Once I identify ideal candidates, can I send an e-mail to them directly?
Yes, click on their names. Simultaneously send an e-mail to many candidates by selecting the boxes to the left of their names and using the Batch Options: Mail to Checked tool.
10. How do I download resumes?
Click the box next to each candidate's name whose resume you want to download. Then, select the Save as Excel or Generate Book tab to download the resume(s).
11. How do I cancel or change a job in Sun Devil CareerLink?
Follow the View (free) Non-OCR Job Postings at ASU quick link. Locate the correct job, then select the job title to edit the description, or select Deactivate under the Options tab to the right.
